Sleep Well and Be Prepared

Please be sure your child to go to bed earlier, get enough sleep and be prepared to school.

Have a good breakfast without too much sugar content.  Having too much sugar make you even tired after two hours of consumption due to the sudden drop of blood-sugar level. 

Preferable:  Rich carbohydrate with protein, such as bread with ham and egg; noodle with meat, and etc.
